Eric has nearly 30 years of experience in the litigation and trial of serious personal injury claims. He earned his Bachelor Degree at Cornell University in 1987, and his law degree with honors at the University at Buffalo School of Law in 1992. He served on the Executive Committee of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association. In 2005, Eric was appointed to the NYSBA Task Force on E-Filing of Court Documents.
